I might be a little behind on sharing this, as the excitement of the new year has dwindled, nevertheless, I think that goals are constantly evolving and taking shape throughout the year and not just at the start. Regardless, February is still the start of the year, so I will share with you how to make smart goals and you can re-evaluate your current goals to see if they are smart.
Last year, I was really late at goal setting for a reason: I was not convinced I would make it past the first six months of 2024. Around April, when that feeling began to settle, I decided that I could safely come up with some goals for the year and got to planning them. Here are a few principles I followed to come up with my smart goals.
